Dersigners are known to occationaly pay models in clothing, and models do tend to help themselves to an accessory ortwo at the end of a show, wheather they are invited to or not. One of the girls backstage at the YSL show last week, gave herself away when Style.com spotted a very familiar-looking black patent-leather platform Mary Jane on a very familiar leg.
