24/7 Masquerade
Fashion has a current obsession with masks. For example the two pictures above by Jean Paul Gaultier (right) and Erin Fetherston (left) So much so that even at Salma Hayek and François-Henri Pinault's wedding party 200 guests paid tribute to the trend with elaborate feathered face coverings. Is this replacing the feather hair piece?

My Sugarland
With the weather getting closer and closer to 90 degrees I am starting to realize I have absolutely no summer clothes. I don't know how long I can get away with tights and short sleeve shirts that are clearly made for those warmer winter days. Luckily there is My Sugarland, (unfortunately for me, this beautiful store is in London) but that doesn't mean I can't gaze at the clothes on the website and hopefully get ideas for my new summer wardrobe.

She Hit Pause
She Hit Pause showcases the work of Brooklyn-based photographer Matt Schwartz. The man is a genuis behind the lens and creates spectaular blown up images that anyone can purchase. The thing i find most interesting about Matts work is the fact that all of his 'models' are or people who have purchased his work. His pictures are so beautiful it was hard to narrow it down to just a few for this post :).
My friends over at Underlinging Colours have been telling me for a while to get a Twitter account. I finally did! I still need to mess around with it and figure out how to manuvor my way around the site. If any of you guys have one find me!
here is my link http://twitter.com/xALaModex/

10 Magazine
How cute is this editorial? It's simplicity, I think, is was makes it so great. There is a certain sense of quirkiness, that makes this editorial so endearing, do you agree? You can see the true personalities in these models and yet still show off the clothes perfectly. Models Karmen Pedaru and Charlotte Hoyer wear the Rodarte leggings and little-girl blouses, and I WANT ALL OF THOSE OUTFITS! :)div>
