So basically I'm in love, Samantha Pleet is a designer after my heart. Unlike the big designers heading straight towards target, and H&M; Samantha Pleet is collaborting with none other then Urban Outfitters! The line is entiled Rapscallion, the color palette is darker, the materials are less silky, but the combination between "cupie doll and coquette Pleet brings to every collection is there in spades".
