Chiefs of Enchantment is a hair accessory line that is, in fact, truly enchanting. I know I'm a sucker for a gold old fashion hair piece but Chiefs of Enchantment, designed by SCAD student Rita Watson, is definitely worth some more attention. Using vintage sleeve trims, tea-based dyes, feathers, freshwater pearls, laser-cut copper and chains Watson creates beautiful headbands, that are sure to add an extra bit of vintage glamour to even the most stylish of fashionistas. Interview R.J. Cutler//The September Issue

I am bursting with joy and am so delighted to share my exciting news!! Last Wednesday, I was invited to participate in a special fashion blogger conference call with THE SEPTEMBER ISSUE director R.J. Culter. The film places the viewer in the fabulous shoes of the talented and powerful people that keep the industry thriving, and provides a captivating behind-the-scenes look into the fashion world. THE SEPTEMBER ISSUE debuts on DVD February 23rd.

For twenty years, people have been flipping through the glossy pages of Vogue Magazine. Yet, never before would they dream of having opportunity to explore the inner workings of the legendary, Editor-and-Chief herself, Anna Wintor. During the conference call, R.J. Culter explains how as a filmmaker “you get to parachute down into the middle of these extraordinary worlds” and gain a new insights and perspectives; THE SEPTEMBER ISSUE, like his previous work, does just that! Rare High Summer

Fun and playful are the first two words that come to mind when looking at Rare's newest collection. I love the light pastel color pallet with contrasting colored detail (red floral detail on the pastel green dress). I am especially a fan of the look on the lower left. The soft, lace-like mini skirt paired with, a structured, bulky-top, is a strong statement but made wearable with the color choice. I can't believe I'm saying this but, I am actually excited to see what the spring/summer clothes have in store (pun intended).
